Law Firm Practice Groups—Training, Coaching and ImplementationGreat groups don’t form and function productively by accident. The best groups operate in an environment where roles, charters, expectations and goals, compensation, metrics and rewards are all defined in advance. Both leaders and followers know what is expected of them, in the optimal case. My work includes counseling firm management on the right structure, format, measurement systems and guidelines for their practice group efforts. I have facilitated practice group discussions and guided firms through strategic planning processes, to develop firm, group and individual plans. My training as an MBTI® administrator and coach helps me work with individual leaders—I work with them to make certain they understand their own innate mental habits and preferences—including communication style preferences. The understanding they gain helps them become more effective leaders and more effective group members. Let me help you create and implement a practice group program that exceeds expectations. |
